A full refund may be available if your order is cancelled before research, analysis, report preparation or strategy work has started.
Once research, analysis, planning, report production or other project work has begun, refunds will generally not be available because professional time and customised work have already been invested.
Once a strategy report or digital deliverable has been completed and delivered, the order is non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided because expected rankings, traffic, followers, leads, sales or business results are not achieved.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading client information.
We may consider refunds at our discretion where duplicate payment, technical error or inability to deliver due to our own circumstances applies.
